Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Dodson Marketing provides custom, made-to-order creative services, the following terms apply to all projects:Deposits & Scope. Projects begin once a deposit is paid and the scope is agreed in writing. The deposit reserves your project time and covers initial strategy and research.Revisions. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds so we can get the work right. Additional revisions can be arranged as needed.Cancellations. You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable, and you'll be billed only for the work completed to date.Completed Work. Because delivered copy and strategy cannot be "returned," final delivered work is non-refundable.
